North Shore Leasing & Funding, Inc. is an independent equipment financing company. Because we are not controlled by a large bank, financial institution or equipment manufacturer, as many leasing companies are today, NSL&F is able to provide specialized services to a wide range of clients.

NSL&F provides financing for many different equipment types: construction. HVAC, furniture, software, computers, tractor/trailers, etc. Our business is generated from vendors, brokers, and our in house marketing and marketing staff.

Our financial products are: straight loans, full Payout Capital Leases, Leveraged Leases and Operating Leases with Investment Tax Credit retained by the lessor or passed through to the lessee, or Sale Leasebacks, Conditional Sales Contracts and Trac Leases.

Our funds come from commercial banks, insurance companies, other financial institutions and private investors. We have done and continue to do business with some of the nation's largest banks. Deal size ranges from a minimum of $2,000 to $5,000,000.

Due to the fact that we are a privately owned company, NSL&F is able to satisfy both large and small clients by offering more creative and specialized financial solutions.
